Once all the setup information has been gathered, it’s finally time to make some assemblages! Simulation can run in 2 modes:

• a continuous mode, where the system runs until it reaches or overshoots a predefined limit of placed AO;
• a step mode, where a specific number of AO is placed (if possible) at the press of a button.
